At the Law Offices of John C. Farrissey & Associates, we understand that people are sometimes apprehensive when meeting with an attorney for the first time. Atty. Farrissey’s law practice has been located in Somerset since 1981. Currently, the Law Offices of John C. Farrissey & Associates are located at 942 County Street (Rte. 138), Somerset, Massachusetts. The offices are located in the former Friendly’s restaurant building. After purchasing the property in 2002, Atty. Farrissey had the property beautifully renovated and updated, inside and out.

All offices are located on the ground floor, providing easy handicap accessibility and a comfortable home-like atmosphere, with plenty of free, off-street parking.

Our firm consists of three attorneys and a dedicated support staff. Limiting the size of the firm enables us to provide the most personal service possible.

Our Attorneys create Estate Plans that are not only up-to-date, but will legally preserve hard-earned assets. Atty. Farrissey, as a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and Atty. Grochmal can help protect those hard-earned assets in the event nursing home care becomes necessary.
