Applying for Medicaid (MassHealth)

If you choose, we will also contact banks, credit unions, stockbrokers, and other financial institutions for the documents and information that MassHealth will require. We can also obtain assessors records, real estate records from the registry of deeds, and contact life insurance companies. If a MassHealth application is denied, we can also appeal that decision, and represent the applicant at a Fair Hearing.
